Attention, documentary/short fiction filmmakers!

Films produced from 1st April 2012 to 30th April 2014 are eligible for entry. Late entries will be accepted upto 30th June 2014 (along with late fee).

Entry form is available for download on the IDPA website.
There are 11 categories.
1) Non-Fiction: Documentary (upto 30 mins), Documentary  (over 30 mins)
2) Theme Of The Year: Water & Food Security
3) Environment
4) Wildlife & Nature
5) Public Service (upto 5 mins)
6) Short Fiction (upto 60 mins)
7) Animation
8) Corporate Film
9) Technical Excellence
10) International Entries: Non-Fiction, Short Fiction
      Fiction (upto 30 mins) and (upto 60 mins), Documentary (over 30 mins)
11) Student: Non-Fiction, Fiction, Animation

Following items must be included with the entry form:
* DVD of entry. One DVD for every category.
* Soft & Hard Copies of:

1) 50 & 200-word synopsis of the film
2) Two stills from the film
3) Vertical Format Photograph of Director of the film
4) 50 & 100-word Biography and Filmography of the Director
5) Each DVD must be labelled clearly, and must contain the film title.
6) 30 sec promo of film is mandatory
7) Any of the above not complied with can lead to disqualification

IDPA is a non-profit organisation that came into being in 1956. It is registered as a public trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. Today IDPA is India’s single largest association of producers of documentaries, animation films, advertisement films and TV programmes.
